The Qigong Training Program is for anyone who is interested in the study and self-cultivation of chi (qi) power or life force energy. Upon completion of this course you will have developed dynamic chi building and healing energies via a series of high-level Bak Fu Pai meditations and exercises. These meditative exercises are specifically used for health and healing. The curriculum is holistically designed around what the Chinese refer to as the 6 pillars of health, which include:
- Herbs and teas
- Diet
- Qigong
- Massage
- Stretching
- Core strength and vascular fitness
These components balance the body on a physical and energetic level. In order to maintain a successful qigong practice, one must integrate all areas of health. To best catalyze your qigong development, you will be provided and taught to prepare various Doo Family herbal recipes, as well as how to balance the varying degrees of hot and cold (yeet and leung) energies into your diet. Yoga is a key element of this program, as qigong is ideally practiced when the body is fully stretched and relaxed. Yoga and qigong have an incredibly symbiotic relationship, which is explored and integrated within this course. Yoga instructors will learn to lead and segue yoga classes through qigong meditation and apply it to their daily practice. A regular qigong practice has been scientifically proven to:
- Boost the immune system
