The goal is develop useable muscle with more of a tendon and deep muscle strength. We focus on a well-rounded type of conditioning system that will teach the student different types of strength use for specific martial arts techniques. Cham-na training will build hand, forearm, core, and shoulder strength needed for grappling, leverages, and throws. Strength training will give the student high muscle endurance, tendon strength, ability to stay grounded, and overall body hardening. Cardio, speed, and balance training focuses on eye hand foot coordination, quickness and agility, as well as a strong heart and lungs.

Bamboo roller: conditions arms, builds core, trains special motion used for punching.

Cham-na: use to build forearm wrist and hand strength.

Dips: strength training

Kettle bell: builds overall strength, power, and cor

Mok jong: conditions body, agility

Hanging bar: builds strength

Reaction ball: speed, eye-hand coordination

Rope climb: builds body and grip strength

Hanging sand bag: for iron fist and foot training

Stretch bars: flexibility

Weighted claw bag: used in cham-na training for arm and hand strength
